So while we were over in Mallorca last month delivering our third annual Spring Triathlon Training Camp, we started planning for our first dedicated Warm Weather Swim Training Camp – Swim Smooth Style.

Triathlon Show 2012

It was great to be able to make it along to the Triathlon Show on Sunday afternoon to catch up with Paul and Adam, and of course meet loads of swimmers who want to know more about Swim Smooth!

I have to say that an unexpected last minute opportunity to get a signed copy of Chrissie’s book was a bit of a personal highlight, because I thought I’d missed out!

I’m going to monitor the progress with interest as Paul works with Chrissie’s partner Tom Lowe on his swimming….which this space over the coming months, I’ll keep you posted on any news as it develops.

After several years of following the work that Paul Newsome and Adam Young have been doing with their Swim Smooth coaching methods and swim types I am delighted to become part of the team.

I will be offering Swim Squad sessions, 1-2-1 Swim Video Analysis sessions and group Swim Clinics in the Northants and wider East Midlands Region.

If you’re on your way to becoming a British Triathlon Coach, you might also bump into me on one of your courses spreading the word and teaching the Swim Smooth coaching methods on behalf of British Triathlon Federation.

So, whether you’re an swimmer, a triathlete or a coach I look forward to having the opportunity to help you work towards your goals.
