After several years of following the work that Paul Newsome and Adam Young have been doing with their Swim Smooth coaching methods and swim types I am delighted to become part of the team.
I will be offering Swim Squad sessions, 1-2-1 Swim Video Analysis sessions and group Swim Clinics in the Northants and wider East Midlands Region.
If you’re on your way to becoming a British Triathlon Coach, you might also bump into me on one of your courses spreading the word and teaching the Swim Smooth coaching methods on behalf of British Triathlon Federation.
