The day will comprise of two practical swim sessions including; high definition video recording of your freestyle stroke and introduction to stroke development with the coaches during the first session, then further stroke development work and an opportunity to learn the importance of pace judgement during the second session.

Our coaches will give you specific guidance that will help you progress to the next level, it goes without saying that our advice could be quite different for each swimmer.
There will be classroom based sessions through out the day, during which you will receive comprehensive analysis of your stroke and explore what makes an efficient freestyle stroke. During the classroom sessions we will guide you through examples of several great swimmers and which ones you should aspire towards and learn from depending on your current stage of swimming development, your physiology and even your personality!
